We are looking for a proactive and motivated person looking for a challenge. They will be be responsible for the reception desk and assisting our team in a variety of areas.

Position Purpose

 

 

  • Internal support functions & Office Administration
  • Support senior management/Directors

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Managing the reception desk & and main office telephone line
  • Document & mail management & scanning
  • Preparation & maintenance of client files and KYC docs
  • Office management
  • Collection/Delivery of documents
  • Assisting Directors with internal management matters
  • Personal assistant to the Directors
  • General office tasks as required

Business Experience/

Education/Skills requirements

 

 

 

 

  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good+ level of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Languages: English & Spanish
  • Personable & friendly
  • Presentable
  • Energetic
  • Motivated
  • Punctual
  • Own transport, licensed & insured - Motorbike
